This is our story…

Founded in 2023 by Daniel Serrano, The Psychometrics Team aims to emphasize quality and efficiency.

The idea behind TPT was to disrupt the current consulting paradigm. Private equity has consolidated several speciality and boutique COA practices and as such this drives up costs and drives down quality.

Here at TPT, we focus on the research and love what we do!

20+ years of experience in COA research. Built and led two psychometrics teams from 2014 to 2017 and then from 2017 to 2023. Expertise in: • COA regulatory strategy (FDA, EMA, NMPA, PMDA) • COA measure/endpoint development/validation • Psychometrics • Advanced biostatistics applications for post-approval differentiation • Led COA development/validation of measures in 21+ disease areas including neurology, rare disease, oncology, respiratory disease, psychiatry, vision, dermatology, rheumatology, inflammatory bowel disease

We understand that each research project will have unique challenges or considerations (e.g., study design, sample size, natural history of disease, missing data) and have the expertise to rise and meet these challenges to yield the needed solutions.
